We had a beautiful room with a spacious bathroom! Very clean, beautiful windows and right near the Rialto bridge. We took the vaporetto to the train and bus station. The vaporetto stop is just a few minutes away. The staff of this hotel are fantastic! They are a dedicated team, who were very helpful and most kind. The breakfast room is lovely and so is the selection of breakfast items. There is a super nice espresso and cappuccino self-serve coffee machine. We loved our coffees! We felt safe and the hotel is close to so many of Venice's attractions. We would definitely book this hotel again!

Great location nice and quiet. The cleaning lady was very nice and impressively managed a range of duties, from cleaning to handling reception tasks.

The staff were great, helpful and friendly. The only problem was there was a bar outside under our room so we changed rooms next day. We had to pay an extra £100 for our 3 night stay. There was nothing to say a bar was there. It wasn’t noisy but you could hear people talking. In the blurb, it says the rooms are soundproof which is why we went for it. They aren’t.

Location was absolutely perfect, central and within easy walking reach of everywhere. Breakfast was perfect, plenty choice of cereal, fresh fruit, pastries, cold meats etc. And nice that it was available until 10.30am if you want a later start. Everywhere was very clean and nice little extras of toiletries in the bathroom. We had a late arrival because of our flight time but the hotel contacted us beforehand with all the information and entry details so we could get in ourselves. All very well organised. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location, walkable from train stations and to tourist spots. Very comfortable beds. Room was a generous size. Quiet. Flexible with late check in- made this super easy and communication was great. Also let us leave our bags there for the day as we had a late train to catch
