We had a beautiful room with a spacious bathroom! Very clean, beautiful windows and right near the Rialto bridge. We took the vaporetto to the train and bus station. The vaporetto stop is just a few minutes away. The staff of this hotel are fantastic! They are a dedicated team, who were very helpful and most kind. The breakfast room is lovely and so is the selection of breakfast items. There is a super nice espresso and cappuccino self-serve coffee machine. We loved our coffees! We felt safe and the hotel is close to so many of Venice's attractions. We would definitely book this hotel again!

First time in Venice 🇮🇹✨ and this place made it truly unforgettable! 💙 Perfect spot 💯 Right between the train station and city center, with a private jacuzzi 🤩 Just 7 min walk to all the main attractions. TV is a bit old-school but no big deal. Room was spotless with slippers provided 👌 Breakfast was average but fine.” It’s worth staying here with a private jacuzzi 💯💯💯

Great location nice and quiet. The cleaning lady was very nice and impressively managed a range of duties, from cleaning to handling reception tasks.

The staff were great, helpful and friendly. The only problem was there was a bar outside under our room so we changed rooms next day. We had to pay an extra £100 for our 3 night stay. There was nothing to say a bar was there. It wasn’t noisy but you could hear people talking. In the blurb, it says the rooms are soundproof which is why we went for it. They aren’t.
